Under the programme, which will feature disbursement in three phases, the government will give N50,000 non-interest loans to each beneficiary.
It will also embark on its Renewed Hope Shelter programme, providing housing for the poor, internally displaced persons, and refugees.
Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr Beta Edu, disclosed this when she visited Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris Malagi, in Abuja yesterday.
