JOB TITLE: Sales Representative
JOB LOCATION: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Business Development organization to goals, objectives, and quota achievement.
- To manage to exist and bringing new clients on board, building good relationships with them.
- Develop positions with responsibilities of inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach BDRs
- Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics.
- Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual volume and margin sales targets.
- Providing periodical reports based on sales and any other occurrences.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years of Sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office to create reports.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
