JOB TITLE: Coordinator – Training
JOB LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
Key Requirements
- BSc Degree or HND in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; Hospitality experience required from an accredited Institution.
- 2 years experience in event management or related professional area.
- Must possess the ability to Create and maintain filing systems, type office correspondence using a computer.
- Must be able to Distribute and route mail, answer phone calls and record messages, respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies.
- Must be ready to Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures, complete applications and ensure it is clean, well maintained, and accessible to individuals with disabilities.
- Must be ready to follow all company policies and procedures
- Must possess good communication skills using clear and professional language
- Must be to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Must be ready to Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
