JOB LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- This role is for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive whose duties will include identifying and following up on sales leads, pitch our products and services to new clients with perseverance, maintain a good relationship with old clients while proffering and applying effective sales strategies to ensure the growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying sales leads and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Effectively communicating our products and services to new and old clients.
- Collaborating with other departments to draw up marketing literature.
- Propose potential profitable businesses by discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to accomplish business development objectives.
- Anticipate and report on clients’ imminent needs.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Actively participate in key trade & business associations to generate leads and increase products’ visibility
- Drive the execution of strategic HR business development and relationship management.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and ways to offer services to clients.
- Promote our products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback to clients as well as support from follow up “check-ins”.
Key Requirements
Candidates:
- Must possess a good Degree in any relevant course.
- Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a business development executive. (Experience in the HR Management industry is an advantage)
- Must have a proven sales track record.
- Must be proficient in the use of the MS Office suite.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in the use of English (especially during presentations)
- Must have excellent negotiation skills.
- Must be able to build and nurture a rapport with various individuals.
- Must have optimal time management and planning skills.
- Must have and use own initiative.
