JOB TITLE: Graduate Customer Care Executive
JOB LOCATION: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N32,000 to N40,000 monthly.
