JOB TITLE: Employment Management Officer
JOB LOCATION: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
JOB DETAILS:
- The successful candidate will handle outsourcing services and assist in sourcing for candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures as well as business development.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
- Assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios and references
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Facilitate projects directly and also do business development
- Foster long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience and 1 year [compulsorily] in HR.
- Must demonstrate interest in developing in HR.
- Must be very versatile in the use of MS Excel and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
- Candidate must be residing in Abuja.
Salary
N70,000 – N75,000 Monthly.
