Ecogas Energy Resources Limited is recruiting candidates for a Personal Assistant to the CEO.
JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant to the CEO
JOB LOCATION: Abeokuta, Ogun
JOB DETAIL:
- The position will be responsible for follow upon business operations performance metrics with Senior Managers and ensuring alignment between team performance and corporate targets; manage CEO/MD calendar, manage corporate files and statutory compliance timelines with DPR, SON and other regulatory agencies.
- Repository for corporate correspondences, publications, brand identity and social media engagements
- Coordinate HR activities
- The focal point for Ecogas CSR planning and interventions.
Qualifications Required
- B.Sc. in any Social Science or Humanities discipline from any reputable University with a minimum of Second Class Upper and a minimum of 3 years experience in a verifiable organization
- Ability to write detailed technical reports, prepare world class presentations within short notices and communicate with all levels of the organization and stakeholders are essential for this managerial position.
