Job Description
- Act as a support / administrative staff to the Engineering Department.
- You will be responsible for filing, answering phones, typing and general office duties.
- As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections.
What Are We Looking For?
An Engineering Coordinator who will act as a support / administrative staff to the Engineering Department. You will be responsible for filing, answering phones, typing and general office duties. As an Engineering Team Member, you would also be called when needed to multi-task in other sections.
- Ability to read, write, listen and communicate effectively in English using correct grammar, spelling and sentence structure.
- Prepare official correspondence on behalf of management for both external and internal communications verbally and in writing.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and continuously performs the essential job functions.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to type 60 wpm.
- Have good knowledge on computer application (Micro Softword, Excel, power point etc)
- Ability to effectively transcribe information from handwritten memos and recordings.
