JOB TITLE: Communications Coordinator

Job Summary
- The communications coordinator will be responsible for creating communication materials, contribute to the development of secretariat communication sites, organize meetings and presentations, and interact with clients/stakeholders to effectively deliver the committee’s message to the public and the media.
Skills and Competencies Requirements
- Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques.
- Must have excellent writing and editing skills.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations or Journalism or Social Sciences.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in a marketing or communications position.
