JOB TITLE: Front Desk Officer
JOB LOCATION: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract
Roles / Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the ambience of the Front Office/Reception area as well as meeting Room 1.
- Management of e-mail correspondences and enquiries from internal and external clients via the client service group e-mail address.
- Responsible for handling incoming calls to the official telephone number.
- Responsible for receiving guests and packages delivered to the organization and its staff.
- Responsible for managing client birthday information and contacting clients on their special days to aid bonding of the organization to clients.
- Responsible for enquiries handling online chat platform.
- Other Client Services related duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Unit Head.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 experience as a front desk officer preferably in a Financial institution.
- Good communication and attention skills.
- Attention to details.
- Good use of Microsoft Tools.
- Excellent record keeping and client management skills.
- Soft skills such as team-player, initiative utilization, time management, multi-tasking & emotional intelligence.
