Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Lagos
Operational Responsibilities
Job Description
- Perform thorough analysis of investment opportunities
- Undertake Market analysis as per CEOТs directive
- Recording, tracking, and reporting the progress of business lines operations
- Recording, monitoring and tracking of bi-weekly company objectives
- Perform administrative duties arising from operations (e.g. operational expense accounts)
- Other adhoc requests as needed
Administrative Responsibilities
- Recording, tracking, and reporting the progress of operational activities
- Responding, recording and reporting stakeholder enquiries
- Recording, monitoring and tracking bi-weekly operational objectives
- Performing administrative duties arising from operations (e.g. expense accounts)
- Other adhoc requests as needed
The candidate is expected to have imperatively the following competencies as well as a self-learning attitude:
- Experience or proven ability in performing thorough analysis of investment opportunities
- Strong mathematical experience or background
- Critical thinking skills
- Understanding of the real estate value chain and the different activities it comprises
- Strong disposition towards professionalism, morals and ethics
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Meticulous organizational skills
Requirements
- 0-2 years’ work experience in similar role as an Executive Assistant.
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related field desirable but not required.
