Higher Ground International Schools (HGIS) is recruiting candidates for a Client Service Executive / Secretary.
JOB TITLE: Client Service Executive / Secretary
JOB LOCATION: Abia
JOB DETAILS:
- Act as the Institution’s ambassador and first point of contact by providing excellent customer service to all staff, guests, parents, visitors and partners coming to the school
- Undertake all clerical duties and ensure necessary communications are released timely and channeled appropriately as directed by the school Admin
- Effectively manage all information channels, both online and offline, generate relevant correspondences, Memo, circulars, etc for Admin/managements review, and provide customized professional feedback within stipulated timeline.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes/receives parents and students by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
- Ensures necessary contacts with parents, students and HGIS via online channels (e-mail, website, whatsapp, twitter, LinkedIn etc) walk-in center, SMS or phone and provide the parents and students with a personalized and quality customer service experience
- Through interaction with parents and students on the phone, uses every opportunity to build parents’ interest in the school’s products and services.
- Manages administrative duties assigned by the school Administrator in a professional manner
- Consistently stay abreast of any new information on the Institutions’ products, and adopt promotional campaigns to ensure accurate and helpful information flow to parents and students when they make enquires.
- Partner with the PR/Marketing executive to ensure all enquires, entries and requests from parents are treated promptly
- Receives and sends parcels/documents for HGIS
- Distributes mails in the organization
- Handles any other duties as assigned by the School Administrator.
Requirements
- Should have a minimum of HND, B.A, B.Ed, B.Sc in relevant Arts, Sciences or humanities courses.
- One (1) year post graduate experience in front line customer service.
- Must be fluent in English and vast in the use of computer systems and application, fax, Printer, Copier and scanner
- Must have good mastery of email/communication etiquette
