JOB TITLE: Client Relations Officer
JOB LOCATION: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- A client relations officer is responsible for making customers feel welcome.
- Their work is usually performed at the client relations of an organization.
- They are the first business contact that a person will meet at our business.
- Their primary responsibility is to greet incoming customer, check them into our system and make sure that they are dealt with ASAP by the appropriate department, also deal with general enquiries and answer any complaints they might have.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the clinic
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, questionnaires and brochures)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and arranging for courier pickups, where necessary.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the clinic
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Enlighten patient about our free eye check-up and persuading them to come have their eyes checked.
- Welcoming patients into the clinic, getting personal details from them and registering them.
- Assigning new patients to doctors after registration and redirecting them to the procedure room and consulting room.
- Ensure to send messages to patients to remind them of appointment date.
- Sending report to management daily.
- Ensure to work with other departments to facilitate smooth running of the clinic.
- Follow-up on patients who have finished test procedures and ensure they see an optometrist.

Requirements
- OND qualification with a minimum of 3 years experience.

- Well organised, with the ability to multi task.

- Knowledge of the Clinic and all its facilities.
- Ability to speak a different language (Advantage).
