JOB TITLE: Business Development Partner

JOB DETAILS:
A Business Development partner is needed at Jobgam Technologies Limited. The Partner will be trained for a given period to enable him/her acquire the pre-requisite knowledge, skill, expertise and exposure for the job.
Requirements
- The ability to retain important information and sound consultative selling skills, strong negotiation skills and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo and follow through the training process to complete training and acquire necessary skills for the job, specifically.
- We are looking to employ a driven direct sales representative to introduce company products to potential customers and and generate leads.
- The Business Development partner’s responsibilities include researching competing Service Providers and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.
- You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Ultimately, a top-performing Business Development partner should achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that Services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Create awareness of companies’ products and services using tools and methods outlined, discussed and trained on, by the firm.
- You will be responsible for presenting companies’ products and services to potential customers and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Periodic job goals will be discussed and agreed and certain sales goals and quotas they’re expected to meet on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, with bonuses and incentive rewards provided when they go above and beyond these requirements.
- Because there will be no direct supervision, you are required to submit regular reports detailing your operation, feedback, challenges, and recommendations to your superiors to enable to them keep track of their progress and help you improve daily.
- You are expected to use your words and personality to make contacts and open the door to negotiations, but they may also need to write up proposals to put information down on paper for potential clients, note the firm will provide you with proposals beforehand.
- Potential clients will have lots of questions before they agree to try your service, you will give them all the information they need so they feel that they’re making a well-informed decision. This requires knowing products inside and out so sales reps can answer the buyer’s questions clearly and accurately.
