JOB TITLE: Branch Manager
JOB LOCATION: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Responsibilities
- Ensure that procedures are followed and adjusted when required
- Act on and solve operational problems
- Establish senior management relationships with the customers of the branch
- Ensure that customer management information is made, and that reporting to customers is made during business review meetings, that are based on agreed KPI’s
- Ensure customer complaints and claims are handled correctly
- Generate additional business from existing customers
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Identify competition and adopt strategies to remain in business and ahead.
- Implement Customer relations strategies designed to retain old customers and attract new ones.
- Secure charter and other services for the company.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the same capacity.
- Strong people skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Good leadership and management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
- Computer literate and basic Math skills.
- An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
