Job Description
- Engage and manage a pipeline of chemists (PPMVs), retail pharmacies and Hospitals and effectively communicate the benefits and values of Remedial Health.
- Learn and implement our unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Client training on use of Remedial Health’s platform and ordering process
- Timely delivery of ordered products by your clients.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territories
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Market research activities as mandated by the company.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales and Work with new clients to ensure success.
- Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development
- Support implementation of lead-generation strategies.
- Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events
- Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies.
- Support development of new channels and account growth strategies.
- Customer account management, client success and re-activation of inactive clients.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree, OND, HND.
- 1 – 3 years experience as a Medical Sales Representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a track record in Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Superb time management and organisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and most especially Excel
- Possess a valid drivers’ license.
- Must be a resident of Nigeria
Salary
N1,200,000 – N1,440,000 annually
