Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manageand maintainsales process with Sales team to ensure that sales targets are achieved
- Partner with Sales teams to create and maintain sales forecast, models and data to support management in making vital decisions
- Generate sales leads and develop business partnership expansion strategy to bring in more businesspartners as well as support sales team to close deals
- PrepareMonthly, Quarterly and Annual Business Review reports/presentations to Top Management
- Totally coordinate the activities related to sales from sales generation, customers service interface and logistics and delivery.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; certification in Sales, Finance, Operations a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
- MS Office skills with expertise in excel
- Experience and track record of successfully implementing, administering, and managing Sales Operations processes and tools
- Experience coordinating with multiple business functions to develop new services and solutions
- Ability to identify the business needs driving internal requests and translating into compelling solutions for our Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
