Job Title: Secretary
Location: Asaba, Delta

Job Description
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls professionally, screen and forward incoming calls as necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Prepare letters, correspondences, memos, and distribute them as needed.
- File and store documents for easy retrieval.
- Make and confirm travel arrangements
- Assist admin with any other administrative tasks assigned.
Requirements
- ND / HND / B.Sc Degree from areputable institution
- 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and machinery
- Proficiency in MS/Google Office Suite packages
- Basic book- keeping skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working in same or similar role.
Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
