Job Description
- As a Sales Executive in the plastics manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of plastic products to potential clients within the designated regions of Ondo, Oyo, Osun, Anambra, Edo, and Delta.
- Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and represent the company in a professional manner.
- You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned regions to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand the plastic products demand, competitors, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Present our plastic products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while adhering to company pricing policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and timely order fulfillment.
- Provide after-sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and create business opportunities.
- Continuously update product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to remain competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or plastics industry.
- Knowledge of plastics and their applications will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Residency in or close proximity to the designated locations is preferred.
