Job Description
- As a Business Developer at Pem Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our security services.
- You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
- Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze market dynamics to develop effective strategies.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s goals and services. This includes reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and nurturing relationships.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with potential partners, organizations, and associations to establish mutually beneficial relationships that enhance our market reach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Pem Security and expand our network within the security sector.
- Proposal Creation: Develop compelling and customized proposals that highlight the value of our services, tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, create impactful campaigns, and generate leads.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably in the security industry or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of security services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Networking: Strong networking skills to establish connections within the industry and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop effective business strategies.
- Results-Driven: A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, opportunities, and tasks concurrently.

Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
