Job Title: Direct Sales Advisory (DSA)
Location: Nationwide

Key Responsibilities
Analyze clients’ financial statuses (e.g., income, expenses and liabilities)
Examine and suggest financial opportunities (e.g., insurance plans, investments)
Develop sound plans and budgets for clients
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
Customize financial plans according to clients’ changing needs
Help clients implement their plans and carry out transactions
Present and sell suitable financial products and services
Present and market financial products and services.
Build strong relationships to retain existing clients
Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products
Role Requirements
First Degree (HND, B.Sc. BA etc) in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
At least 1-3 years’ experience in related fields.
Other Qualities:
Sound consultative selling skills.
Excellent networking skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Effective communication skill
