Karisa Consults Limited is set up to provide solutions of Agribusiness service to clients they are recruiting to fill for the position below;
Job Title: Head of Operations / Operations Manager
Locations: Lagos and Port Harcourt – Rivers
Job Description
- Installation of CNG (compressed natural gas) filling station equipment like CNG compressor, Dispenser, PLC and Touch screen based control panel, Natural gas control and metering unit (RMS) etc.
- Execute and achieve set objectives to ensure smooth and consistent growth of the CNG business.
- Draw up periodic and annual business plan and Budgets in line with the Company’s corporate objectives.
- Support the CNG station sales and marketing department
- Oversee, monitor and track all conversion and installation of Engineering activities with partners same for inventory and repairs.
- Manage all station equipment for safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) control.
- Forecast short and long term products requirements (Gas conversion kits etc) across all station based on business needs.
- Regular monitoring of CNG Stations and conversion centers operation to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Ensure proper Quality Management Plan is in place at each stage of operation so that corrections can always be effective immediately.
- Ensure continuous reduction in all operational costs and outsourcing of services to third party where necessary;
- Constant reviews and planning with station manager and other key team players reporting to the General Manager
- Relationship building with major stakeholders, i.e Dangote cements Transport and third parties customers to optimize the gas capacity.
Qualifications / Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 7 years proven experience as Head of Operation or a similar relevant role at a CNG facility.
- Member of professional body.
