Overview of the Role
- As a Sales Representative at Branch, you will be pivotal in driving sales while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Your responsibilities will extend beyond sales, encompassing proactive issue resolution and diligent oversight of customer interactions on our app.
- You will be instrumental in maintaining positive business relationships and ensuring customers adhere to loan repayment schedules.
- This role requires a keen understanding of our app’s functionality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Here are some things you’ll do:
- Drive efforts to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule, demonstrating a commitment to meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
- Perform thorough cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing and potential customers, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements and drive value.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, employing a proactive approach to maximize satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services with compelling and well-articulated arguments to both existing and prospective customers, showcasing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Minimum Requirements
- A solid understanding of financial technology (fintech) products and services.
- This includes knowledge of digital banking, payment systems, and other relevant fintech solutions.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative particularly in a Fintech
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
