Job Overview
- Planning and execution of coaching programs.
- Collaborate with other coaches to support clients’ development.
Key Responsibilities
- To mentor and support enrolled clients who are interested in our services.
- To perform the coaching role to the best of their ability.
- To adhere to the organisation’s rules, procedures and standards.
- To maintain the confidential information of the Company and its affiliates.
- To participate in continuous development and training necessary for your role
- Collaborate with the delivery team to enhance overall department efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- A graduate of a relevant degree program.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the coaching programs.
- Basic understanding of coaching principles is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in coaching or related industries is a plus.
Training and Development:
- Receive training in coaching techniques and methodologies.
- Participate in workshops, seminars & tasks related to personal and professional development.
- Regular feedback sessions to enhance skills and address questions.
Working Conditions
- 100% remote environment
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend sessions
