Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description
- The Procurement Specialist is to lead strategic supplier management, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-effective procurement.
- The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Establish supplier list and common material/service list
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Purchasing the products and services on time for the requesting departments.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.”
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business management or a similar field preferred with at least 3 years experience.
Competencies and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
