We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
ADVERTISEMENT
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail.
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Act as a liaison between visitors and internal staff.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure the security of the reception area.
- Keep an accurate record of staff whereabouts.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline from a reputable company
- 2 – 3 years proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer
- Must be between 24 – 30 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N45,000 – N65,000 / month.
