Job Title: Odoo ERP Administrator

Responsibilities
Odoo System Administration:
- Configure, customize, and maintain the Odoo ERP system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all modules, including but not limited to accounting, inventory, sales, and HR.
Accounting Integration:
- Work closely with the accounting team to integrate and optimize Odoo for accounting processes.
- Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices for accounting within the Odoo framework.
User Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on the effective use of Odoo modules, with a focus on the accounting functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system utilization.
Customization and Development:
- Collaborate with developers to customize and enhance Odoo functionalities as needed.
- Stay updated on Odoo developments and recommend system improvements.
Data Management:
- Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data within the Odoo system.
- Implement data security measures and backup protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Administrator with a focus on accounting modules.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
