Job Summary
- We are in search of an adept and meticulous Accounting/Bookkeeping Manager to spearhead our financial operations.
- The preferred candidate should possess expertise in accounting and bookkeeping, a robust grasp of financial regulations, excellent analytical abilities, proficiency in computer skills, and outstanding leadership qualities.
- The Accounting / Bookkeeping Manager will take charge of supervising daily financial operations, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all accounting and bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.
- Proficiently use Odoo ERP, QuickBooks, and Excel to streamline financial processes.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in accounting technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management, to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA Certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience as an Accounting/Bookkeeping Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is a MUST.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a Plus.
- Candidates holding an ACA diploma with 2-3 years of experience would be considered ideal for this position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preference for candidates with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
