Job Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research and identify potential new clients within our target market.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Client Relationships:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and pain points to present compelling solutions and value propositions.
- Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of our products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute a personalized sales plan to achieve or exceed assigned quotas.
- Monitor and track progress towards sales goals and KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average deal size).
- Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity to develop competitive advantages.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support the sales process.
- Provide clear and concise communication to colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of our industry and target market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A data-driven approach to sales and performance analysis.
- Passion for building relationships and exceeding expectations.
