Job Overview
- We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience, specifically in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on maternity and sanitary products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our maternity and sanitary pad unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the maternity and sanitary product market to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and consistently achieve sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maternity and sanitary product market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports highlighting key performance indicators to the management team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Significant experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the maternity and sanitary product sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with the Lagos market and distribution channels.
Salary
N700,000 – N800,000 NGN (Negotiable)
