Job Overview
- We are seeking to hire a Sales Executive who will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both new and existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- This role also involves handling aspects of the supply chain to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new clients to expand the customer base.
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to achieve growth objectives.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients effectively.
Supply Chain Management:
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Address any supply chain issues promptly to maintain seamless operations.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2-3 years experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in distribution or related industries.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the mainland area and understanding of local business dynamics.
Salary Range
N150,000 / Month
