Job Description
- Manage CEO’s diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Follow up on appointments and tasks.
- Make travel arrangements when needed.
- Organise meetings and manage databases.
- Organise company events and conferences.
- Handle requests, correspondence, complaints and queries appropriately.
- Prepare letters, presentations and reports.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc from a reputable institution
- Excellent report writing skill
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skill
- Proficiency in MS/Google Office Suite packages
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Proven experience working in same or similar role.
Salary
N80,000 / month.
