Job Description

• We are seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant and Chinese Translator.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication within the Technology Design and Research Department, managing external relations, document control, publicity efforts, and drafting various written materials.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication among employees in the Technology Design and Research Department.
• Coordinate external relations, fostering positive interactions with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Manage documents, ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of critical information.
• Handle publicity efforts to enhance the company’s visibility and promote its achievements.
• Draft and prepare written materials, including reports, correspondence, and other documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
• Age under 35.
• Proficient in using office software for efficient task execution.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Outgoing personality and exceptional organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
• Chinese proficiency level 5 or above.
• Accurate written skills in both Chinese and English for effective communication.
• Fluent oral expression in both Chinese and English.
