Job Title: Administrative Business Partner
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Facilitate the smooth running of the company to ensure its overall efficiency and success.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and conferences
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communications.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing relevant document.
- Draft correspondence, manage office supplies and handle routine inquiries
- Manage confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.
- Liaise with Vendors and Service providers for various company needs.
- Plan and coordinates company’s events, conferences and team building activities.
Requirements and Skills
- A Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Proven experience in an Administrative role or Executive support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and address issues proactively
- Strong organizational abilities with rapt attention to details
- Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Possess a positive and approachable demeanor.
