Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and an efficient administrative support.
- Provide excellent customer experiences that will facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and queries and follow through to resolution.
- Provide accurate information about product and services
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
- Stay informed about product features, specifications and promotions.
- Develop Service procedures, policies and standards.
Requirements and Skills
- OND or its equivalent
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills with rapt attention to details
- Proficiency in English and use customer service softwares
- Positive attitude, empathy and a customer-centric approach.
Benefits
- Remuneration: N50,000 monthly.
