We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Interview, hire, onboard and train employees as would be needed from time to time.
- Filedocuments and answers client and employee inquiries.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Prepare and keep record of the staff data base.
- Ensure smooth running of administrative functions.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide appropriate feedback.
- Ensure that all resources [human and material] are available when needed and effectively utilized
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND from reputable institution with 1-3 years experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Proven experience in the same or similar role
- Human Resource certification is an added advantage.
