We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Mushin, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in [FMCG].
- Proven experience in corporate and open market sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
