- Today, we are looking for a customer experience rock star – someone that will lead the drive to building one of the best customer experience departments in Africa.
- This person will oversee our entire customer management system – ensuring from start to finish our customers get the best experience working with Sabi Writers.
- From on-boarding to service to management to after-sale support, this person will lead the customer experience way with innovation, vision, and execution. If you fit this role, then go ahead and shoot your shot!
