Job Title: Community Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- This role is critical in building and maintaining a strong, vibrant community presence both online and offline, directly impacting the brand’s reputation and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a community around the brand, fostering engagement, loyalty, and a positive image.
- Manage and moderate online community platforms, ensuring a welcoming and constructive environment.
- Organize and oversee community events, including meetups, open houses, and networking events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other communication channels to keep the community informed and involved.
- Act as the brand ambassador, representing the brand in various settings and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and respond to feedback from the community, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and provide reports on the effectiveness of community management strategies.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, local businesses, and other potential partners to expand the community reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local market dynamics, and customer preferences to inform community-related strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in community management, public relations, or a related role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and connect with diverse groups.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative community engagement initiatives.
- Organizational and event planning skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
