Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking.
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers, to generate leads and secure new business.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals and win new business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and promote new products or services.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative and competitive business solutions.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in a beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies and techniques, including market analysis, lead generation, and sales closing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry conferences, and business development activities.
