We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, inquiries, and requests.
- Manage the manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events attended by the manager.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the manager.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 / Month.
