Job Title: Assessment Analyst
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Objectives
- We are seeking a dedicated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as an assessment analyst.
- You will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating qualified candidates for specific roles within client organizations.
- You will conduct competency-based assessments to assess candidates’ skills, abilities, and suitability for various positions.
- Your recommendations will guide our clients in making informed hiring decisions, ultimately contributing to the success of their organizations.
Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities:
Conduct Competency-Based Assessments:
- Design and execute competency-based assessments to evaluate candidates for various roles.
- Utilize industry best practices and assessment tools to measure candidates’ skills, knowledge, and potential.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
- Provide consultation on assessment strategies tailored to client objectives.
Assessment Planning:
- Develop assessment plans based on job descriptions, organizational goals, and client input.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to align assessments with overall HR strategies
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze assessment results to provide meaningful insights on candidates’ competencies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
Candidate Recommendations:
- Identify and recommend qualified candidates based on assessment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from assessment to selection.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in assessment methodologies.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing and evolving assessment processes.
Compliance:
- Ensure all assessments comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the assessment process.
Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting competency-based assessments for diverse roles.
- Strong understanding of assessment tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with HR technology and software.
Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 Monthly.
- Benefits: Study Waiver, HMO, Pension Allowance.
