Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
The position
- The Sales representative role offers an amazing opportunity to help mDoc meet its goal of transforming health care. To share our care with as many people as possible, we need to create a team of folks who are experts at building relationships and enrolling members on the complete health platform.
- You will be jumping in to tackle one of our most important priorities this year. This job is for someone who is hungry to make a difference and is not afraid to keep trying.
Daily Duties Include
- Persuade prospective members to enroll with mDoc
- Generate possible business-to-business sales lead
- Nudge members with mDoc Brand through scheduled phone cadence
- Contact and convert assigned members to paying members on our different payment platforms
- Meet month-over-month patient enrollment targets
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify potential members’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records
Minimum Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales role interacting with customers preferred
- Outbound/inbound call experience is a plus but not required
- University graduates with sales/customer service/retail internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Proven multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously, including phone, email, and chat, while working in a fast-paced environment.
