Job Summary
- The Head of Transformation is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives, process enhancements, and digital transformation within our financial organization.
- As a visionary leader, the incumbent will lead the Transformation Department, overseeing end-to-end transformation programs, process optimization, and the integration of emerging technologies.
- This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in successfully delivering transformation programs in the financial industry.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s future by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Transformation Program Management:
- Plan and execute end-to-end programs, driving fundamental changes aligned with organizational goals.
Process Improvement:
- Optimize processes across business functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Digital Innovation:
- Leverage emerging technologies for digital transformation in the financial sector.
Change Management:
- Implement strategies for successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Policy and Procedure Implementation:
- Lead application of new policies, supporting business opportunities and efficiency improvement.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and lead the strategic vision for the Transformation Department.
Project Management:
- Lead projects and support project managers in design and implementation.
Operational Transparency and Governance:
- Ensure transparency, effective governance, and smooth customer processes.
Business Model Design and Architecture:
- Develop business model design to support strategic objectives.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive and innovative transformation efforts.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports to executive leadership on transformation progress and key indicators.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years+ relevant experience in leading transformation programs, strategic transformation, change management, and business development within the financial industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Good knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen and project management skills.
- Familiarity with technology trends and their impact on business transformation.
