Job Title: Operations agent
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to operational processes.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues and providing necessary information
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
- Provide customer service Interact with customers by delivering professional services Collect data from customers for survey information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and workflows.
Specialisation
- A minimum of First Degree
- At least 1-3 years of experience in operational roles, preferably in Fintech.
- Medium-level understanding of cryptocurrency.
- Highly skilled in utilizing various technology and tech tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, including team scheduling and 24-hour team oversight.
- Proven ability to scale and manage manual processes effectively, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Notion, and Google suite tools.
- Experience with AI and AI tools
- Note: Fintech Experience is compulsory.
