Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as the Lead for our Staffing Practice.
- The ideal candidate will possess a robust consulting background with expertise in managing talent acquisition, executive search, and a demonstrated ability to handle temp staffing, perm staffing, and temp-to-hire staffing processes.
- As the Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing talent strategies that align with our mission of enhancing business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, covering temporary, permanent, and temp-to-hire staffing solutions.
- Spearhead executive search processes for both permanent and leadership roles, ensuring the identification and recruitment of top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective staffing solutions.
- Utilize consulting skills to analyze business requirements and provide strategic recommendations for talent acquisition and management across various staffing models.
- Offer insights and guidance to clients on workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.
- Lead and inspire a team of staffing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions across temporary, permanent, and temp-to-hire placements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in a wide spectrum of staffing scenarios.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our talent management strategies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of staffing processes across all staffing categories.
Skills Necessary for the Role
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies across various staffing models.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment technologies.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to analyze business needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
