Requirements
- HND / BSc / MSc in Mechanical background.
- Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Aptitude in decision making.
- Relationship management skills.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a General Manager
- Computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, word, Excel,
- PowerPoint, and Outlook. etc.
- Sound judgment informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience.
- Innovative, inventive, and analytical, able to pre-empt and resolve problems with ease.
- Agile, responsive, and good under pressure.
- Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion.
- Heightened cultural awareness – able to relate and build relations.
