Description
- An ultramodern hospital located in the heart of Benin City is looking to hire suitable personnel for immediate employment
Job Responsibilities
- Craft new sales proposals and contract renewals
- Schedule product demos
- Update internal databases (CRM) with account details
- Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
- Address payment issues
- Identify new revenue prospects.
Requirements
- A degree in any Accounting related field
- Using QuickBooks to perform various bookkeeping tasks
- Using Excel to keep track of accounts payable and receivable, as well as utilities and payroll information
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Time-management abilities.
