Job Description
- We are in need of a suitably qualified candidates for the position of a Sales Associate for our client in a fashion store outlets, someone who will be responsible for selling goods, Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service, someone who is ready to take sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.
- Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Achieving established goals.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in-store sales.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.
Requirements
- B.Sc, HND, OND in any field
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in verbal and written English language
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Good Customer service relations.
