JOB TITLE: Administrative Officer
JOB LOCATION: Lekki, Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
- We are currently in need for an administrative officer for immediate employment.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company data bases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office update as needed
- Maintain a company calendar md schedule appointments
- Organize meetings
- Distribute and direct correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Schedule in-house and external events.
Requirements and Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree / HND holders can apply
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Ddmin Officer
- Good presentation skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good computer skills.
